5 out of 5 stars Great and easy to use!!   May 27, 2008

Great camera and it's so easy to use. It was a gift for my 14 year old niece and she has no problem using it. She loves it.

1 out of 5 stars Worst Digital Camera ever made   August 28, 2007
Alex C (Queens, NY)
This is by far the worst digital camera I've ever used. Please people do not buy this camera not even if it's selling for $.99. I bought this camera from another site for $79.99 and thought I would get a really nice slim camera but buy was I wrong. How bad is this camera?

This camera is so bad that in the month that I've gotten the camera I haven't been able to take one picture. Where to begin.. The camera is slim and light and there it goes people, that is the only good thing about this camera. The bad, well, here it goes

The picture quality is AWFUL. I have a 2 mp camera that take 100% better pictures. Battery life? Oh boy, I am not lying this is the truth. The camera uses two 3AAA batteries and I put two durocell inside and I took a picture, then turn the flash on, it flashes then takes about 1 min for it to charge up again. After I took the second picture and the flash was charging up the battery died. I have NEVER seen a device use battery so fast.

Everything about this camera is just awful and trust me everyone who is thinking of buying this camera. Just save up a few more dollars and buy yourself a name brand camera even if it's a $99 camera and leave this garbage camera on back shelves where it belongs. WORLD WORST DIGITAL CAMERA. ARGUS.

5 out of 5 stars Awesome for the price   August 27, 2007
Alberto Martinez (Weston, Fl USA)
Very portable. Excellent quality pictures. Don't complain if there are limitations to this camera, it's less than $80.00, what do you expect? I got one for each of my little brats and am getting one for my technically challenged Mother. I'm thinking of getting some for my cousins who are all kind of clumsy, if you drop this camera, who cares? It's cheap and heck, the SD card can be easily removed and nothing happens to the pictures! Ladies like it because it's small and fits in a purse. I like it becaue it's cheap and I don't have to give my $800 Minolta to my brats who always want to take a picture.
I tried the 3195, it was good but it's for children. I'll buy it again though, however the 5195 has a 2 inch LCD screen. Come on! You can't beat that for less than $80!!!

5 out of 5 stars great starter camera for kids   July 21, 2007

I purchased this camera for my daughter who is 8. It is the perfect camera for beginners. She liked the large image screen and that she can also take video. The picture quality is very nice. Shop around for price. You can get this camera for as little as $70.

1 out of 5 stars Camera trouble   May 18, 2007

I received this camera for a birthday present and I am not satisfied at all. As others have said, it takes FOREVER in between pictures and it drains through batteries very quickly. I have been having problems with the flash also. If I use the flash, my pictures turn out to be nothing but white. If I do not use the flash, the pictures turn out black and red. I would not recommend buying this camera.
