This is a great product. You can take an SD/HC memory card like from a digital camera and insert it into the slot on the product. To put pictures on it from your computer picture files the instructions are helpful. After you plug the product into the USB port on your computer you must select the Connect PC option on the menu on the product before opening "My Computer" on your desktop.

This was the 2nd product I bought on sale and I really like it. I think this is the biggest you can get at 3.5" if you want to still be able to put it in your pocket. The next screen size larger will never fit as a portable. What I really like about this product is the color, big screen, and the built-in stand. I have had other products like this and this one is better because it does not require software. Sometimes the products that require software are quirky . . .I don't recommend the 5" or larger photo frames if you want to bring them with you. They just aren't practicle for that . . .

This would have been a wonderful viewer if it had worked. I saw the display picture on it and it had great color and clarity. The little black cloth bag that came with the viewer would have worked nicely for carrying the viewer in my purse so that I could have shown others my many pictures, especially of my grandchildren.
The one I received did not work correctly. If it had of worked, I would have loved it.
