These batteries last and last and last August 19, 2007 James Duncan Davidson (Portland, OR USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've been really impressed with this battery in my mk3. I've taken my mk3 on several all day shoots and I've yet to exhaust a battery in the span of a heavy day shooting.
Just a great product November 7, 2007 C. Qian (Atlanta, GA, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this battery as a backup for 1D Mark III camera. It turned out to be the longest lasting battery I have ever used. Put this in a camera and you never have to worry about it.
Great upgrade! February 9, 2008 ross30 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Much smaller and lighter than Mark II design. Gives sense of security knowing you have a backup. Holds a great charge. Price may be a tad high however that should lower as time goes by.
Superb life but pricey February 18, 2008 John Margaglione (West Dundee, IL USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This battery lasted for over 1000 pictures, plus hours of lens micro-adjustments, mirror-locked cleaning, etc. This includes two shooting trips in sub-freezing weather. I just put a new battery in the camera, and I expect to get at least 2000 pictures off of that one.
How can you go wrong September 7, 2008 Charles L. Griffin Jr. (Daytona Beach, Fla) The essential backup for your otherwise indestructible Canon 1D Mark III or 1Ds Mark III. With one in your camera, fully charged, and one as a backup, fully charged, you might be able to go around the world shooting images for a couple of weeks, maybe a month, before going home to charge your batteries. Keep a pocket full of CF/SD 8 to 16 gigbyte cards, however.
