If you're a fan of the Abraham-Hicks works, you will love this CD set.
If you're new to their work, let me give you a little background. Ester Hicks channels a group of entities called Abraham, which means these entities speak through her. Some time ago, she and her husband had become interested in meditation, and because she has a quiet mind naturally, they (the group called Abraham) were eventually able to communicate through her. At first they actually moved her head, and were writing with her nose. If you're interested in more of their history I recommend Introducing Abraham - The Secret Behind "The Secret".
Abraham is surprisingly funny. They focus a lot on love, attraction and manifestation. They give the example that you get a big American Express bill in the mail, and you say "I need more money." And the universe says "okay." But then you go on to say, "I don't have enough money to pay this bill. The people next door have more money than I do. They probably inherited it, those lazy bums." And as you continue to beat the drum of "I don't have..." The universe says, "Okay" to that too. So it is very important to control our thoughts, as the universe will send us what we ask for.
Abraham explains how, the better it gets, the better it gets. Because when things are going well, we expect them to continue to go well. This expectation creates what they call "a vibrational escrow" because what we ask the universe for does have a delay in time, hence the escrow. So every thought and feeling we have builds this escrow for us.
One way to repeat a success or a positive experience is to remember how it felt, because that reactivates the vibration. They do talk about the concept of living in the moment, and say it is okay to think about the past, and the future. The important thing to remember is the thoughts we're having right now, whatever they are, are creating our escrow, so hopefully they are positive ones.
On relationships, Abraham explains how you need to focus on what you like about the person, even if it is only one thing, not the numerous things you would like to change about that person. Because by focusing on what you like about that person will cause only that aspect to manifest, not the other areas (which actually are things that we are attracting too).
This particular CD set was recorded on an Alaskan cruise, where they bring along students, and they get to sit in the "hot seat" and ask questions of Abraham. If you're looking for specific practical answers, like what herbs to take cure to a specific disease, that is not Abraham's way. But Abraham does give lots of loving, sometimes humorous advice that reminds us that we are masters of our own destinies.

I like everything Abraham, but I REALLY like it when Esther does the channeling. The only downside to their audio books is when Jerry has to read the text. He takes this wonderful material and plows through it with no emotion or emphasis. That way, the inherent humor is lost. Here, we get the full workshop (even though one can purchase other workshops on their website) with all the humor and emphasis in place. No comparison! Worth the price!

Another fantastic audio of the incredible teachings of Abraham.
Even if you have listened to many many audios of Abraham such as I have, there is still ALWAYS more to learn and answers to many questions you may have regarding being aligned and downstream in this incredible experience called life. I was blessed to listen to this entire CD set and really introduce myself to "Abraham." I have read all of the Esther & Jerry Hicks books, but I didn't realize the warmth and sense of humor contained in a channeling of this type. I have read channeled materials for over 20 years, but I always had an impression of knowledge given from "on high," from lofty higher beings, not a funny, sharing and very entertaining presentation such as this CD set. The "abundance" rant on CD 6 alone is worth the price of admission, and I was so impressed by this example, I have typed out the rant verbatem so I can get to that vibrational attractive place again and again.
I heartly recommend this CD set to anyone interested in the Law of Attraction, the Secret and intentional manifestation.

Nothing else in the world has resonated with me so profoundly and powerfully as the works of Esther and Jerry Hicks have. I received this collection a few weeks ago and I have listed to it in its entirety twice. I am ready to manifest one of their cruise workshops into my life for next year.
I would like to expand on the first reviewer's comments. Abraham is loving and does have a whimsical sense of humor. Abraham takes you on a guided tour of how to raise your vibrations to the higher levels. This is also called "the emotional journey."
The basic message in this collection is to always be reaching for better feeling thoughts with regards to the situations that are most important to you. Rather than focusing your attention on the lack of something, you always want to be moving toward what it is you want. Look at it this way, does feeling rotten get you anywhere? You might as well reach for thought that will help you feel better rather than dwell upon what you do not like or want. The side effect of being more positive is everything you ever dreamed or hoped for yourself from monetary abundance to relationships to healthy body weight and good health in general.
Today, Friday the 13th of all days, I finally "get it." This could be the luckiest day of my life! I think I have finally moved into the vibrations of positive expectation and knowing. This means that my manifestations are not far off. It's kinda strange to feel and KNOW inside that everything is going to work out the way I want. My affirmations have changed for the positive. I have people at work calling me Suzie Cream Cheese and telling me to shut up because they believe I'm too positive! WOW! What a difference and what a blessing Abraham-Hicks has made in my life. It will be interesting to see what unfolds for me over the next couple of months. I also believe that I can actually HEAR the higher vibration in my ear and I have been able to for the last week!
I wish you much love and success in your lives and I know that you will enjoy listening to Esther as she channels Abraham.
